Teachers are the true Nation Builders, they are the providers of knowledge and wisdom. They are the primary source of education for most people in this world and they are the ones who truly builds the Character of a child & future of the nation. Teachers can translate their vision for the nation and educate the masses accordingly to ignite a DREAM. Only TEACHERS have the ability and strength to make India a powerful and well-educated country. I strongly believe there is no other profession in the world which is more important for the society than that of a TEACHER.

Teachers have a vital role in nation building because our /nations future is in their hands. They choose to be the future builders of the country.

A Change Agent – Learning starts very early in life, teachers start anchoring kids by engaging them away from parents and teach them in a completely new environment. Their environment will be very different friendly, noisy, strict & full of action. As teachers Knowingly or unknowingly, they prepare children for facing unknown environment (VUCA) in their lives.
The Intellect Builder – The teachers makes the child literate and provide timely Knowledge which helps in developing Skills & skills will lead to some key Abilities which help them earn their livelihood. Techers also provide wisdom which helps in shaping the personality of a student. For many children, their teachers are the biggest influencers more than the parents because of their character, conduct, attitude, values etc. Teachers are the real backbone of a country, they are the strong pillars on which all Dreams, Aspirations are built and translated into realities in life.
A friend, Philosopher, Guide & Coach – They taught us like a true teacher, protected us like parents and guided/molded us like a mentor. You truly deserve this day so much. They act as friends & lend a shoulder to cry upon, they inspire with philosophies of life to follow the right path. Teachers have the innate ability to push the kid to do what they like to, even if it has never been done before, they know that human potential is infinite.
The Nation builder – He alone teaches who has something to give, for teaching is not talking, teaching is not imparting doctrines, it is communicating. Our children are our future and the teachers transform them to shoulder their tasks of working for the progress of our nation. With education, wisdom, exposure and limited resources, teachers are engaged in building the nation for tomorrow and laying the foundation so that nation sees a holistic growth.

Teaching as a profession is the most noblest & probably the most challenging because it combines many professions/roles to nurture a child. Teachers need to have excellent communication skills, managerial, reading/writing, storytelling, Inspiring skills. Teachers have selflessly and courageously selected the path which many will not even dare to take where they are constantly learning, always working for the betterment of mankind. Not everybody has the courage and heart to do it. Teacher is like the ‘LADDER’, it is used by everyone to climb up in life, but the ladder itself stays in its place.

Not everybody can become a Teacher.. Mere talker cannot be a Teacher!
